TRAINING
As our country lacks formal structure to impart quality training in the areas of Security & Fire Safety at the functional level, we have taken upon ourselves the task of filling this void and hence are our focused ~emphasis on Training.
Similarly, we have a in house training facility for Facility & Corporate services also. With the kind of Armed Forces and civil background experience that we have, we feel that we are best suited to fill this role.
We undertake total training packages comprising:-
- Identification of training needs.
- Conceptualization of training policy.
- Preparation of training manual & material.
- Drawing up of training syllabus, schedules and programmers.
- Conduct of training capsules mn the areas of Facility services, Content biased towards practical handling of systems & situations, corporate services, Security Services & Fire Safety services.
Other features of our training package are:-
- Separate training capsules for housekeeping staff, Office assistants, Corporate drivers / Chauffeurs, security guards/firemen and for mainstream staff of the Organization.
- Residential training package at our location, OR alternatively.
- Conduct of training in situ if the client desires.
- Content biased towards practical handling of systems & situations, corporate services, Security Services & Fire Safety services. "mock drills/ exercises, case studies & role plays etc.
SECURITY & FIRE SAFETY TRAINING CONTENT SALIENTS ASPECTS
- Physical Security & Safety procedures & Standing Orders.
- Charter of duties and Code of Conduct- Guards /Firemen.
- Equipment Demonstration & Handling - Fire Extinguishers, First Aid Fire Fighting Equipment, Hydrant System, Sprinklers and Security equipment such as Door Frame Metal Detector, Hand Held Metal Detectors, Stun Guns, Tracer Weapons etc.
- Security & Fire Safety Systems-Functioning and Operating Procedures: Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Control Systems, Surveillance Devices, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems etc.
- Fire Fighting & Evacuation Drills.
- Rehearsal of contingency plans in the event of Bomb Threat, Bomb Blast, Civil Strife/ Riots and Natural Calamities.
- Rehearsal of BCPs,

- Organization of Control Room and Maintenance of Log.
- Filing of Incident Reports and Follow Up.
- Intelligence Gathering & Sifting.
- First Aid & Emergency Medical care.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING
Regular in house training programs are conducted for Security Guards and supervisory Staff. "On the Job" training for guards is organized in respective location by our Field Managers and training team members. The subjects normally covered are as given below:
- Security.
- Vigilance
- Investigation
- First Aid
- Fire Fighting
- Telephone Manners
- Awareness on Electronic surveillance equipment
- Motivation and Man - Management
- Contingency drills for emergencies.
- Besides above training on attitudinal change, security as a services industry, work culture/ ethics are also imparted.
